The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first shipment ONLY. All back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge when they become available.

Orders $50.01 - $75.00 shipping is $12.00
Orders $75.01 - $99.99 shipping is $16.00
Orders $100.00 - $250.00 shipping is $25.00
Orders $250.01 - $500.00 shipping is $28.00
Orders over $500.01 no charge
Rush delivery {2 business days}: For maximum speed a minimum cost, add $11.00 to your regular shipping and handling.
Next day delivery {overnight}: Add $25.00 to your regular shipping and handling. Add $35.00 to your regular shipping and handling for Saturday delivery.
